    What is TCP manufacturing? A finished product?

    As the professional flooring printed film supplier, TCP specialized in designing and production of PVC/PP film color printing. TCP print film is mainly provided to flooring designers and manufactures to develop the finished LVT/SPC flooring.

    Can TCP create design room scenes/floor layouts for us?

    A

    Yes, we can do digital color-matching on your target color and make a room scene as a simulated sample. Besides, we also provide the installation simulation pattern and the full repeat documents for you.

    I cannot find any suitable product through the public design.

    A

    Please provide us with your ideal patterns and colors as the new design references. We are glad to customize a new one for you.

    How long does it take for creating a new design?

    A

    An example of the regular size width in 1000mm, and circumference around 1580m/m below, after the confirmation of the computer layout. 

    • 1-2 weeks for engraving.
    • 1-2 weeks for color-matching processes and delivery.

    I choose a public design but no suitable color.

    Please provide us with the documents of the target color and patterns as a reference, and we will do the digital matching for you if necessary.

    After confirming the color matching, how long does it take to get my sample?

    A

    1-2 weeks for printing and delivery.

    How long does it take to complete and send out my order?

    A

    It takes 3-4 weeks after the order confirmed.

    Does the LVT film could be used on SPC film?

    A
    Our printed film can be used on both.

    Does TCP have any international certification?
